Dan, No, notta word back from them. They are evidently very content to have so horribly misrepresented this pile to me and got what they were after...all of my money. Only good thing to come out of my dealings with appells so far is the satisfaction of knowing word is spreading fast about their way of doing business. I know of one fella that was in the process of possibly buying a D5 from them that once he heard my story changed his mind right fast. Thanks for helping to spread the warning.

Steve,Has Appell Equipment ever got back to you at all as of yet? I figured Id give them a week or so before posting any of this info on the Fast Track and Netcom systems. I will also talk to my Fast Track Rep as I see Appell uses them for advertising as well.Thanks Dan

Steve, I belong to both Netcom and Fastrack (Machinery Trader's) parts locating and advertising services. If this company does not do right by you or offer any help to you at all, I will make sure other dealers out there on the networks are aware of their practices.I am in the same business as this company and can understand both sides of the sale, but If the machine was not represented as having an issue with the engine, They should offer to help one way or the other.Dan

I made a better video today before i started tearing into this lemon to try to make the needed reppairs or to replace the engine. Ill get it posted up for you all to see. It was a sunny clear day today and not raining like this video was shot in. I dont know how it runs while blowing that much oil out of it, and i mean out of everywhere from the exhaust to the main seals.

Well we are at 11 days from delivery and they are avoiding me it seems. No return calls or emails so i guess their intentions are clear so i have added their name to this video. Seems fair i should get some kind of satisfaction for my 16 grand so i guess it will have to be in warning others of how they do business..at least with me.

Oh baby....., I could see it running from across the road a 1/4 mile away the morning after. I thought Steven was sending smoke signals to Big Chief Rolling Thunder up north about a 100 miles, there was enough smoke Tonto should have got the message without wearing glasses. To all those that have emailed me to ask who the seller is, i would rather hold off naming them publicly until i see if they stand behind their salesmans word.. quote" this machine appears to be in work ready condition and i am satisfied you will be happy with it upon arrival" . After initial contact with them-- 12 hours after it was unloaded off their trailer, they at least sound like they may try to make things right. Ill post their name and either praise or warnings later this week.
