Okay, so I'm probably going to get a lot of crap for this, but she is seriously better than Madonna! Until Madonna can do this, I won't change my mind.

@PurpleisBEAST She sang this before Etta died. Duh! She probably herd it.

The repetitive piano phrase is a brilliant reinterpretation of the meaning of the song AT LAST! It communicates the longing which is an essential part of the lyric writers intent!!! Cynd's voice is very expressive strong and controlled- do not diss this original treatment - you will I suppose if you don't understand music!!!!

Sad delicate little human. I recognize in you myself again. You sing out louder and stronger against all deaf noisemakers. You outlast your miserable creations. The only thing greater than you is yourself. Now I return to not knowing this.

I really like her voice on this, but this is already too pop and the soul of it is just missing (especially due to the simple useless piano arrangement)

I love her voice but too bad the piano bachground doesn't give any of the jazzy and soul that it should. That repetitive piano arrangement is really too bad. Her voice is really great on this but I miss the soul that this song usually has.

she should have sang at Etta's funeral, not christuna agu whatever her name is. |
