Dell is a Very sad story. If you do a 5 or 10 year stock comparison.At 10-years comparison with AAPLAAPL is up +3940%DELL is DOWN 31.19%Dell spent the entire 90's wrapping it's brand under the cloak of "Customer Service". And for awhile, they delivered.Decided to off shore their entire customer service experience. Very sad. A brand BUILT around a pleasing customer service experience and they flushed it down the toilet.Now? Not even a mention of "Customer Service" in any "hype video"

paul bell....gone. jim merrit....gone (to HP hows that for a kick in the face)....this company is fast becoming an example of what happens when people are promoted based on politics. a leadership team that has no vision or talent (if you dont believe me, meet the CMO, shes VERY impressive (not)). michael, uncross your eyes and take a look at the monster you created. why are so many leaving....?
